Specializes in healthcare practitioners along with business professionals who are usually exhausted and burned out

We have a similar story in exhausting our adrenals. Can you tell us about your adrenal crash- the crash that caused you to more closely consider the lifestyles of your clients rather than just their foods and supplements?
Asthma / allergies – became sick and tired of being sick and tired / lack of energy
Studied the area in great detail and prayed that if she’d learn this area, she would be dedicated to help others
But… didn’t set up boundaries in life and became too emotionally involved and stressed her adrenals and eventually crashed

When it comes to helping your clients regain health and energy, you avoid what you call the “nutrition in isolation” approach. What caused you to develop this stance?
Watching clients struggle their unhealthy mindsets and needed to shift to looking at the whole picture and not just nutrition by itself “nutrition in isolation”Thoughts about energy, as related to health. You need energy not only to feel good, but you need energy:
To Digest foods
To Lose Weight
To Heal from degenerative disease
To live a long, quality life
To think clearly
To make and retrieve memories

How do you help people to set boundaries, how important is it and where do they even begin?
Personal Example – not having boundaries in the evenings and weekends and finally setting strong boundaries which people quickly accepted

What is one or two things you recommend if we’re a boundary struggler and need to make changes that are sabotaging our energy?
Open and honest communication on the boundaries
Show them how their boundaries are off or inconsistent and how to make small steps to begin setting boundaries

From your observations, which emotions and mindsets have caused the most setbacks in a client’s health, vitality and energy?
Fear – financial / job loss / health
Perfectionism – will ruin your adrenals quicker than anything else when you need to shift from Perfectionism to Excellence
Guilt – from saying no when it’s actually wisdom. It’s not a noble thing making their life your life
Depression – victimhood
You use the term ”guilt-free self-care” and if someone is really struggling with their health and imbalanced emotions, unpack their need for “guilt-free self-care”
We need to let the guilt go, embrace wisdom, and take care of ourselves first so we can truly help others.
Please define VITALITY for us?
Vitality is Energy + Momentum + Joy
Key Question: “What brings joy to your life or do you actually enjoy?”
What do you recommend for people to start to introduce VITALITY into their life?
Start with Nutrition, gentle detox, and supplements but emphasize the digestive system and lifestyle and circumstances so their bodies can assimilate the needed nutrients
