College for pre-med and pre-pharm
Got into fitness due to his mother’s health issues
Virtual training now helping clients with 1:1 live training

What are the biggest excuses you hear from people in regards to fitness / physical activity?
#1 – I don’t like to do it
#2 – I don’t have time
This is why his virtual training became popular to be led by an expert to meet your goal
What’s your alternative if you don’t take care of your body by only thinking of the now not the later
I continue to drill down on the why for the what to get very specific
Sometimes it’s a feeling and not a specific number like 30 lbs
You don’t see immediate changes
The pain point dissipates because they met their goal and the pain is gone then they start all over again

How are people approaching fitness / movement / physical activity in the wrong way?
You can’t cheat fitness through supplements
You need to be very careful what is in a supplement

What is the correlation between fitness and energy?
Absolutely – the more efficient your body can run the better off your day will be at the end
Your body thrives on 90 minute intervals

What do you suggest for people who aren’t physically active right now and definitely not working out, where do they start?
Nutrition 1st / sleep 2nd / working out 3rd
Nutrition – drink more water each day / green vegetables at night to burn fat while you sleep / more protein
Sleep – 7.5 or 9 hours
Start walking which leads into other progressions to build up a routine and want to do ore

Why in that order of fitness last of the Key Three?
If you’re not eating properly, your fitness doesn’t matter in order to burn off the extra calories
Sleep is the one time of day your body is repairing itself
Your workouts are not going to be as strong because you’re body doesn’t have the fuel it needs along with the rest to not be too tired

What do you suggest for people are inconsistent working out?
Find the fun / passion
Total body / core / range of motion to do other things you want to do

Leverage the fitness center
Search Google / Instagram free workouts and challenges

What do you suggest for people who are working out but not seeing results right now?
Look at your nutrition first / test your consistency (live life in the majority) / persistent
Taking in too many calories and you’re not able to keep up
Too many people workout like they’re maintaining yet expecting results
Bigger health issues – see a doctor and get officially checked
