Question One – 2:44
Give us the backstory that brings us to your current story
Question Two – 4:40
What is the correlation between chiropractic and energy?
The body has to remain upright against gravity and maintain the internal environment and they both require energy
Every cell needs its food dropped off and it’s waste picked up
Question Three – 6:02
What are the misconceptions with chiropractic?
Back or pain doctor only misconception
Question Four – 7:09
Many chiropractors have different types of specialties. Can you unpack that?
Similar to a medical doctor, chiropractic specialize in different areas like internal, sport med, pediatric, etc.
They are chiropractors who “just adjust” but I take a more holistic approach.
You’re employing me with your health so I need to learn and educate.
Everyone is their own set of working chemistry.
If you can understand how stress is affecting your body and the tools / techniques to help you
Question Five – 10:23
“Where health truly comes from is inside out” what does that quote mean?
The medical community teaches us the opposite and their focus.
This is not true because our health is our own.
That approach is defensive health but does nothing to restore normal function or promote health
Every cell is programmed to thrive not just get by
The spine is the link that communicates to the brain
The adjustment restores the normal communication so the body can do what it’s designed to do
The body knows what to do so we need to work in harmony with it
Question Six – 14:04
What is the correlation between nutrition and chiropractic care?
We assume the food we put in our mouth is 100% digested and absorbed but not true
The largest part of our inflammation is from what we put into our mouth
The question is not eating a clean diet but how it’s processing it
One of my primary focuses is on the enzyme / digestion

Question Seven – 19:28
Tell me about your story and what you were experiencing?
Gallbladder Surgery complications and lack of digestion
Taking the gallbladder out did not solve the problem
The underlining cause was my inability to digest properly
Enzymes are essential in life
Every cell in the body has the ability to make enzymes
Enzymes in the body get work done
Enzymes support two main systems:
Taking digestive enzymes support your digestion of food
Question Eight – 30:00
If someone is not involved in chiropractic care or had a bad experience, what should they look for in finding a good chiropractor?
You must gain experience with that person and see if their approach is for you
Question Nine – 32:06
How can people learn more about you?
Facebook Fan Page
Question Ten – 33:12
Any closing thoughts for us today?
A misconception is you’re getting older which means you’re going to be more limited in function and have more pain.
You need to take control of your own health and be proactive.
