We have a tank of energy every morning and anything that sucks the energy out needs to be removed
It’s a whole lot of little things such as the following:
Packing list
Noise canceling headphones
Bringing water on the plane
Eating correctly especially on the road
Bringing supplements
Control what you can control since there are so many things outside of your control

On a plane, if you were to bring a soaking wet washcloth on to the plane, within 90 minutes, it will be completely dry!

Tray tables are a huge place of germs
Listening to peaceful music due to a high stress environment
I bring small bottles and put a small drop on my wrist and doesn’t cause a bad scent but the opposite and people really appreciate

What are some of your routines in your home away from home in a hotel?
Check for bed bugs – behind headboard and bed seams
Move the electronics away from your head
Get an essential oil travel diffuser
WATER!!!
Use a cotton ball with essential oil and put it in the air vent
Thieves Spray / Wipes – anything with heavy traffic

Sometimes we just don’t feel good on the road, how do we handle it?
See a doctor if you need to on the road. Don’t wait.
Avoid sugar / dairy / wheat especially when you’re not feeling good because they’ll knock down your immune system

Always take advantage of being with people
After security, keep walking to get in some exercise!
Take the stairs, don’t sit at the gate but walk!

So many travelers never really make it out to see the city
Assume this is the last time you’ll visit the city and tack on an extra day to see something!
Exploit business travel to experience a city
People miss opportunities and taking advantage of the travel paid for by the company
